D & G HandyVan (SCIO)

D&G HandyVan (SCIO) is funded for and manages the following two projects:-

1) The Small Repair & Home Support Service:
​The client is either:
a homeowner; or
a tenant of a private landlord, and in addition be either one or more of the following:
over 60
disabled (no barrier on age)
have learning difficulties or mental health problems (no barrier on age)
be a victim of domestic abuse (no barrier on age).

This entitles you to two 2 hourly visits in one year. THE SERVICE IS NOT MEANS TESTED.

Home Security
Small Repairs
Minor Adaptions
Gutter Cleaning
Keysafes

2) Dementia Friendly Design - for people diagnosed with dementia or suffer from memory loss
Support includes:
Coloured grab rails
Small adaptations
